Abstract | The aim of the present study is to implement Glasser’s method, in particular the focus of this thesis is to select and remove motion-related noise sources. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented method on motion problem on rs-fmri data, it will be compared the results before and after tICA cleanup in terms of motion traces and functional connectivity. |
