I Vini Naturali: una grande opportunità

Thesis concerning the world of natural wines, that is, those wines made in an artisanal way by those small wineries that we are increasingly seeing included in the wine list of bars, restaurants and wine bars. During the paper I will illustrate the steps that allow to obtain these wines and their role in the world of Italian wine and abroad.

Tesi riguardante il mondo dei vini naturali, cioè quei vini fatti in modo artigianale da quelle piccole cantine che sempre più spesso stiamo vedendo inseriti in wine list di bar, ristoranti ed enoteche. Durante l'elaborato illustrerò i passaggi che permettono di ottenere questi vini e il loro ruolo nel mondo del vino italiano e all'estero.
