This research project falls within the field of process-outcome research and aims to explore the relationship between patient-therapist interaction structures and clinical change in a twelve-session ACT therapy. A single-case study was conducted in which the sessions were analysed using the Psychotherapy Process Q-set (PQS) in order to identify the interaction structures defined by E. Jones as recurring relational patterns that establish themselves during treatment. According to Jones' theory, the formation and modification of these structures is a central factor in patient change. The outcome of the therapy was also evaluated using the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI-III) to observe the relationship between the processes detected and changes in the patient's personality functioning. The results suggest a link between the evolution of interaction structures and changes in the patient's symptoms and personality functioning.

Abstract
This research project falls within the field of process-outcome research and aims to explore the relationship between patient-therapist interaction structures and clinical change in a twelve-session ACT therapy. According to Jones' theory, the formation and modification of these structures is a central factor in patient change. The outcome of the therapy was also evaluated using the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI-III) to observe the relationship between the processes detected and changes in the patient's personality functioning.
