This thesis aims to investigate, through a single-case study, the relationship between therapeutic process and outcome in an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) intervention. The primary objective is to observe and analyze the role of interaction structures in facilitating change in the patient and in their functioning. To this end, the Psychotherapy Process Q-Set (PQS) was applied to a 12-session ACT treatment, exploring the possibility of identifying these structures even within a brief therapeutic process. The use of the PQS enabled the identification of interaction structures and the assessment of whether and how they change over the course of therapy. Finally, the identified interaction structures were related to the treatment outcome through a qualitative comparison of the results obtained from the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory-III (MCMI-III), administered before and after treatment.

Abstract
Finally, the identified interaction structures were related to the treatment outcome through a qualitative comparison of the results obtained from the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory-III (MCMI-III), administered before and after treatment.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
