Abstract
This Thesis talks about unsteady behaviour of a hypersonic intake. After some initial concepts about Theoretical and Computational Fluid Dynamics, with some details for compressible flow and Shock Expansion Theory, and basic knowledge of Buzz phenomenon, some Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) simulations are done. The first group of simulations represent the mesh validation, while the second group is performed to observe the big buzz movement.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
