The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into workplace environments has spurred significant transformations in organizational structures and job roles. This paradigm shift in labor division has profound implications for the nature and configuration of jobs within an organization. By acting as an automation technology, AI disrupts the traditional composition of tasks inherent to various occupations, thereby reshaping job functions. The resultant impact on job quality is contingent upon the reconstitution of these tasks. Particularly, the emergence of algorithmic management, wherein AI automates managerial tasks, extends ramifications into the autonomy, skill utilization, and workload management of workers. This project seeks to elucidate the primary organizational shifts induced by the integration of digital transformation and hybrid jobs. Employing a multi-method approach encompassing literature review, quantitative analysis, and potentially face-to-face interviews or case studies, this study aims to discern the pivotal organizational changes engendered by the evolving landscape of AI-driven hybrid jobs.

Abstract
Employing a multi-method approach encompassing literature review, quantitative analysis, and potentially face-to-face interviews or case studies, this study aims to discern the pivotal organizational changes engendered by the evolving landscape of AI-driven hybrid jobs.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
