Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders in childhood and is primarily characterized by inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. These significantly impact academic performance, relationship dynamics, and psychosocial well-being. In recent years, a growing number of studies have highlighted the effectiveness of physical activity as a complementary intervention in managing ADHD symptoms. This thesis aims to identify the best support strategies by analyzing studies that address the associations between ADHD and executive functions, physical exercise, sports, and teaching approaches with specific school programs. The literature analyzed shows there are numerous benefits of physical activity on executive functions, behavior regulation, and relationship dynamics, positively impacting the quality of life of these people.
