This thesis investigates how inclusive design principles can be applied to improve accessibility and user experience (UX) in the context of luxury e-commerce. Focusing on the MuranoGlassItaly website, a platform selling high-end Murano glass products, the study evaluates its current accessibility using WCAG guidelines and usability heuristics. Based on the findings, a series of UX and accessibility enhancements are proposed and prototyped. The project aims to demonstrate that luxury aesthetics and inclusive digital design can coexist, resulting in a more accessible and user-friendly shopping experience for a diverse audience.
