This thesis will experimentally analyze the guidelines and the application with a checklist of verification indicators for the constant maintenance of skills within the staff of the Department of Prevention of the Local Health Unit no. 1 Dolomiti (Prevention Technicians in the Environment and in the Workplace, Health Assistants, Nurses, dietitians). As materials and methods for analyzing the results of the checklists compiled by the staff, the previous work prepared by the undersigned is taken as a reference. The objective of the study is to analyze the self-assessed skills of the workers, making them aware of their skills map, available for each profession, and to submit the results of the study to the training office to identify the training gaps of the various categories.
Il presente elaborato di tesi andrà ad analizzare in maniera sperimentale le linee guida e l’applicazione con checklist degli indicatori di verifica per il mantenimento costante delle competenze all’interno del Personale del comparto afferente al Dipartimento di Prevenzione dell’AULSS n. 1 Dolomiti (Tecnici della Prevenzione nell’Ambiente e nei Luoghi di Lavoro, Assistenti Sanitari, Infermieri, dietisti). Come materiali e metodi per effettuare l’analisi dei risultati delle checklist compilate dal personale viene preso a riferimento il lavoro precedente redatto dalla sottoscritta. Obiettivo dello studio è l’analisi delle competenze autovalutate dai lavoratori, rendendoli edotti sulla mappa delle proprie competenze, disponibile per singola professione e sottoporre i risultati dello studio all’ufficio formazione per l’individuazione di carenze formative delle varie categorie.
