This study presents the results of manual coring campaigns conducted at the sites of Oppeano (Verona) and Fimon (Vicenza), aiming to expand the current body of knowledge regarding the Bronze Age settlements identified and excavated in both locations. Furthermore, this work intends to illustrate archaeological coring as a micro-invasive analytical method, evaluating its advantages and limitations.
Questo studio intende esporre i risultati delle campagne di carotaggio manuale svoltesi nei siti di Oppeano (VR) e Fimon (VI), al fine di ampliare le informazioni in nostro possesso sui siti dell’Età del Bronzo identificati e scavati in entrambe le località. Tale lavoro si propone anche di presentare lo strumento del carotaggio archeologico come metodo di analisi micro-invasiva analizzandone vantaggi e limiti.
