This thesis presents the cataloguing project of the drawing collection by Noè Bordignon preserved at the Library and Archive of Castelfranco Veneto. The work involved the organization, analytical description, and migration of the records into the national cataloguing system through the SIGECweb platform, with the aim of making the collection accessible and searchable online. Alongside the cataloguing process, a historical and critical study of the drawings was carried out. Most of these works are preparatory sheets for the frescoes executed by the artist across the Veneto region, with particular focus on the Treviso and Venice areas. The analysis of the graphic material, combined with comparison with the corresponding frescoes and archival documentation, made it possible to reconstruct the main stages of Bordignon’s creative process, to examine the design dynamics underlying his decorative cycles, and to define the role of drawing in the development of his artistic language. The study thus contributes both to the enhancement of the collection and to a deeper understanding of the pictorial production of one of the key figures of Venetian art between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries
