This thesis is aimed to present the 3D printing process to obtain glass items, starting from precursors and testing different parameters, using Xolography technique, implemented in Xube 2 devices, by Xolo company. The study also identified suitable conditions for post printing operations, including heat treatments (debinding and sintering), which were required to obtain a fully consolidated glass structure. The work highlights the main factors influencing the quality of the glass and the possibility of improvement in obtaining transparent samples, without visible defects and characterized by adequate integrity.

Abstract
This thesis is aimed to present the 3D printing process to obtain glass items, starting from precursors and testing different parameters, using Xolography technique, implemented in Xube 2 devices, by Xolo company. The study also identified suitable conditions for post printing operations, including heat treatments (debinding and sintering), which were required to obtain a fully consolidated glass structure. The work highlights the main factors influencing the quality of the glass and the possibility of improvement in obtaining transparent samples, without visible defects and characterized by adequate integrity.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
