CoRoT 617963863 is a main sequence star observed by CoRoT, TESS and with ground-based telescopes. In the CoRoT community it is known to host a transiting planet, but on literature there aren't any papers presenting and characterising it. According to current numeration, it should receive the name CoRoT-37b. The peculiarity of the star is its strong stellar activity which influences the light curve analysis. We fitted this modulation in order to increase the quality of the light curves and perform a better characterisation of the planet. The star is a member of the open cluster NGC2232, with estimated ages between 40 and 50 Myr (Binks et al., 2021). CoRoT dataset has been fundamental for finding the orbital period, since it is the only one which includes three consecutive complete transits. They have been analysed both as a whole and individually. The planet has an orbital period of about 20.05 days and it is a Jupiter-like planet (∼1.45 R_Jupiter). The mass is not known. This result has been confirmed by the data collected with ground-based telescopes as part of the first follow-up campaign in 2011 and, more recently between 2018 and 2021, by TESS light curves, which show two non-consecutive transits. However, calculating the ephemeris, the different datasets are not consistent among them. In particular, TESS shows a deviation from CoRoT's results that can not be justified by errorbars. New data has been collected with IAC80 specifically for this project and it confirmed in an independent way that the ephemeris are not linear. We analysed the O-C diagram finding a Transit Timing Variation (TTV) which spans 4 hours and we retrieved a more appropriate value for the orbital period, taking into account all the transits as part of a unique dataset. It results to be ∼20.04 days. No Transit Duration Variation (TDV) has been detected, although most of the datasets (except those taken from satellites) do not cover complete transits, due to their long duration and few opportunities to be observed from a given site. We concluded that such a significant TTV suggests the presence of another planet in the system which gravitationally interacts with CoRoT-37b perturbing its orbit. Due to the fact that the longest time baseline is of the order of 55 days, we can not exclude the possibility of having a transiting planet with a long orbital period, which has never been detected.
