Art, Creativity, and Organizational Resilience

This thesis explores the relationship between art and organizational resilience by developing an exploratory theoretical framework that connects artistic practices with resilience-building processes within organizations. In recent years, art has increasingly been recognized as a powerful lens through which organizations can interpret uncertainty, crisis, and transformation, fostering processes of sensemaking, emotional processing, creativity, and collective meaning-making. Through a structured review of interdisciplinary literature, the study examines how artistic and creative approaches can support organizations in navigating turbulent environments and complex change. The research is primarily conceptual and theoretical in nature, aiming to contribute to the development of alternative perspectives on organizational phenomena and resilience processes.
