The research follows a structured evolutionary path for these areas, starting with a detailed analysis of the as-is state to identify existing inefficiencies, followed by a development phase and a final design of the to-be state . By proposing a streamlined process and a clear implementation roadmap, the study demonstrates how Lean Office practices reduce lead times and enhance operational excellence across the organization.
