This thesis investigates the dynamic properties of elastomeric materials in the frequency domain, focusing on experimental characterization and advanced mathematical modeling. The viscoelastic behavior of elastomeric compounds (ShA 60 and ShA 75) was experimentally analyzed using Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA), enabling the construction of mastercurves. The resulting data provided the foundation for the extraction and application of Prony series coefficients, a fundamental model to analytically describe the material's time and frequency dependent behavior. Finally, the viscoelastic model was integrated into finite element analysis (FEA) simulations. Validation through direct comparison with experimental shaker testing data demonstrated the accuracy and effectiveness of the Prony series in precisely predicting the dynamic response of the components.
