Il distretto bioenergetico della Carnia: valutazione in itinere degli aspetti organizzativi e gestionali

This work presents the results of a research about the early stages of bioenergy project development in Carnia (Udine), made up by 7 plants fueled with wood chips, and the actual situation compared with the guide lines made by IEA (International Energy Agency). This results are summarized in two layouts. The fist represents the supply chain organization: the boiler supplies are, for the main part, based on sawmill chips availability. However, are been identified several factors that underline the importance of an economical sustainable supply chain organization that allow to focus the goals of increasing local benefits. The second layout represents the possible actions for development of a supply chain with this features, and identifies the supply chain actors who are involved in this initiatives.
