The aim of the study was to analyze the effects of the group structure in growing rabbits on their live performance and behaviour. Altogether 168 rabbits are evaluated between the ages of 5 and 11 weeks by the means of a videorecording system. In each of the 24 cages sized 0,9 x 0,5 m and 1 m height, were housed 7 rabbits, and groups were formed by full sibs (a litter; 6 cages) or boyh sexes (6 cages).
