Criteria and methods for assessing interference between high-voltage power lines and parallel linear infrastructures

This thesis is the result of a period of employment in Terna R.I. S.p.A. The purpose of this experience was the evaluation of the electromagnetic interference between high voltage power lines and metal buried parallel pipelines. My work began with the study of the Italian regulations concerning electromagnetic interference. Then I made a critical analysis of Italian standard, given expressions and application limits. In the end I created a Matlab program for the analysis of practical cases
