The world of micromachining is continuously in expansion and the request for a better equipments precision is always important. The result of this research showed the great advantages which the freezing method has with the using of the Peltier elements, and the necessity to combine different fixture methods to reach a better level for the accuracy of the clamping device. This combination of methods was the aim of the project and the way to introduce a new possible solution in this world
