Abstract

In this thesis, were synthesized a series of compounds based on amino acid or polypeptide able to sef assemble together, to give supramolecular organized structures . Also this thesis demonstrates that the incorporation of probes able to isomerize (through an irradiation at specific wavelengths) leads a supramolecular rearrangement of the shape of this structures. The synthesis work includes esterifications, condensations, protection of amino and carboxyl groups, azo coupling (Mills), redox, tiol-ene (click chemistry) and transformation of functional groups reactions. These compounds were characterized by NMR and FT-IR spectroscopy, UV-Vis absorption, Fluorescence emission, TEM, SEM and AFM microscopy, mass spectrometry and circular dichroism .
