In this thesis we develop a reliable comparison among B method for preliminary orbit determination. We treat the method of Gauss, the method of Neutsch and new approach to the method of Gauss by Casotto. We test the methods on synthetic data and real data. Then we develop a comparison between the preliminary orbit obtained and the final ones by JPL

Abstract
In this thesis we develop a reliable comparison among B method for preliminary orbit determination.
