Benefit corporations and family firms: natural match vs suitable evolution.

The purpose of my dissertation is to examine the new topic of benefit corporation in order to verify if it can be more adapt for a family firm rather a non-family firm. I created a qualitative model to analyses all the possible similarities and I constructed a sample of italian benefit corporations over which I made qualitative and statistics analyses that allow me to see the most relevant distinctive factors of a family firm which is also benefit corporations.
