This thesis focuses on experimental activities developed to implement the control of a VRFB. The main activity consisted in enhancing the LabVIEW management software. Polarization curves and other data are here presented. Studies over an advanced temperature control are here reported. MR&O procedure to check the status of the plant after one year of operation is here described. Minor experimental labor for the safety and development of the plant are here reported.
