Studying the fault current distribution into the system is one of the main purposes of the NETS (NETwork Solver) software. NETS is based on the phase components method, hence it permits to study how current divides itself into each component of the network. A validation, through a comparison with results gave by an open source software, OpenDSS, highlights that a phase components method allows a very extensive study of the current distribution in the network, phase by phase.

Abstract
Studying the fault current distribution into the system is one of the main purposes of the NETS (NETwork Solver) software. NETS is based on the phase components method, hence it permits to study how current divides itself into each component of the network. A validation, through a comparison with results gave by an open source software, OpenDSS, highlights that a phase components method allows a very extensive study of the current distribution in the network, phase by phase.File in questo prodotto:
