Nowadays, understanding how the brain is interconnected is still a wide and interesting research field. One of the approaches is to analyze the effect of psycho-pharmacological agents non-invasively via the human electroencephalogram. The aim of this work is to measure the changes in connectivity in the brain by processing the EEG data with three different analysis: Spectral Power, Synchronization Likelihood (SL) and Transfer Entropy(TE). Later on TE and SL are also analyzed via Graph Theory.

Abstract

Nowadays, understanding how the brain is interconnected is still a wide and interesting research field. One of the approaches is to analyze the effect of psycho-pharmacological agents non-invasively via the human electroencephalogram. The aim of this work is to measure the changes in connectivity in the brain by processing the EEG data with three different analysis: Spectral Power, Synchronization Likelihood (SL) and Transfer Entropy(TE). Later on TE and SL are also analyzed via Graph Theory.
