Wear behaviours of the metal matrix composite and its microstructural characterization were studied. Tribometer tests were carried out followed by Profilometer and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) analyses on the post-mortem samples. SEM in different mode and Optical microscopy were used to characterize the microstructure of the cross section. Vickers hardness tests were performed.
