Resilience is an hot topic in the management literature. It has been defined as the ability to cope with external shocks and trends. Organizational resilience is a declination of the general concept of resilience and it is applicable to any companies and institution. This dissertation is investigating whether the concept of organizational resilience has changed in the literature before and after the advent of Covid-19. Furthermore, an imperical investigations is carried out in order to see if companies leveraged different managerial tools before and after the Covid, and in facing the crisis.
