In this Master’s Thesis work, the experimental results of the performance of R515B and R450A refrigerants were reported, during the condensation process in a microfin tube with an outer diameter of 5 mm. The tests were carried out with mass flow rates between 75 and 600 [kg m -2 s -1] and with saturation temperatures of 30 ºC and 40 ºC. The resulting values for heat transfer coefficients and pressure drops were compared with models in the literature.
In questo lavoro di Tesi Magistrale, sono stati riportati i risultati sperimentali delle prestazioni dei refrigeranti R515B e R450A, durante il processo di condensazione in un tubo microalettato di diametro esterno 5 mm. Le prove sono state condotte con portate di massa comprese tra 75 e 600 [kg m^-2 s^-1] e con le temperature di saturazione di 30°C e 40°C. I valori risultanti riguardanti coefficienti di scambio termico e perdite di carico sono stati confrontati con modelli presenti in letteratura.
