The Krasnii Oktyabr Metallurgical Plant (formerly named the Ural-Volga Plant) represents the example of the industrial object which had a great impact on the development of Volgograd. Its importance is proven by the fact that there is a museum near the factory. It has several objects which represent the scientific and technical value, which may be interesting to a wide audience. However, the museum remains poorly developed on the computer and graphics side and the objects are sometimes not well presented. In addition, several technical objects are not exhibited because of its large dimensions. The thesis aims to rethink the steps to the museum development and the territorial planning around it, based on museological works and the experience of the creation of open-air museums all over the world. In our work we rely on the critical analysis and historical interpretation of archival sources.

Abstract
The Krasnii Oktyabr Metallurgical Plant (formerly named the Ural-Volga Plant) represents the example of the industrial object which had a great impact on the development of Volgograd. In our work we rely on the critical analysis and historical interpretation of archival sources.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
