This thesis is based on Test and Treat project implemented by Doctors with Africa CUAMM between 2016 and 2021 in Tanzania - Shinyanga and Simiyu Regions, following the Universal Testing and Treatment approach. The current work aims to analyse the impact of decentralised HIV services in the reference areas by providing geographical and statistical evidence that supports the positive outcomes provided by the implemented CLUBs. Moreover, this investigation aims at supporting the relevance and utility of geographical as well as statistical tools, such as QGIS software and R programming language, while programming development projects.

Abstract
