Bioengineering strategies for human neuromuscular tissue modeling. In particular by using a decellularised and subsequently repopulated mouse diaphragm. Future prospects are to use a bioreactor to apply a dynamic stimulus that can aid differeziation and the formation of mature myotubes.

Abstract
Bioengineering strategies for human neuromuscular tissue modeling. In particular by using a decellularised and subsequently repopulated mouse diaphragm. Future prospects are to use a bioreactor to apply a dynamic stimulus that can aid differeziation and the formation of mature myotubes.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
