Back-end Design and Development of an Event Sharing System for Large Innovation Hubs

In recent years, innovation hubs organize events more and more frequently and their apps are becoming obsolete as technology advances quickly. It is necessary then to rethink mobile and web apps, designing and implementing them using more innovative technologies and introducing new features to satisfy contemporary needs. Furthermore, to speed up the event sharing process and therefore reduce the workload of the event staff, it is necessary to design and implement a sharing system on various platforms, including the well-known social networks. The main contribution of this thesis has been the design and development of a modern mobile app and of an event sharing system.
