Vis Unita Fortior: Strutture d'interazione e metodo PQ-s in un'analisi single-case del processo in psicoterapia

The thesis consists of an accurate analysis of the therapeutic process in a single-case study using the Psychotherapy Process Q-set by Jones. The application of this tool led to discover the emerging interaction structures between patient and therapist in sessions of different phases of a dynamic psychotherapy and, thanks to a careful examination of them, it was possible to evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness, the course of the treatment, the outcome and the possibilities of change.

La tesi consiste in un'analisi accurata del processo terapeutico in uno studio single-case tramite il Psychotherapy Process Q-set di Jones. L'applicazione di questo strumento ha permesso di evidenziare le strutture d'interazione emergenti tra paziente e terapeuta in sedute di diverse fasi di una psicoterapia dinamica e, grazie ad un'attento esame delle stesse, è stato possibile valutare l'efficacia terapeutica, l'andamento del trattamento, l'outcome e le possibilità di cambiamento.
