The research work and study presented in this final paper consists in the analysis and study of orientalizing ceramic materials from the collection of the lawyer Bruno Marchetti. The goal is to understand if you are faced with authentic artifacts or fakes and, in the latter case, try to understand which archaeological finds and which workshops the forger (or forgers) was inspired by for the realization of these and, possibly, understand which of the artifacts in the collection were made by the same hand.
