Zoom sur la nourriture: une traduction spécialisée sur le sous-domaine du lait et des laitages d'un texte de la Centrale del Latte di Milano

This thesis is devoted to the analysis of the translation and terminology of a text entitled "IL LATTE Tutti i perché", written by the Centrale del Latte di Milano. Previous studies on the language of the agri-food domain and its translation are presented. The motivations behind the choice of the sub-domain are explored, this sub-domain is studied by using a domain tree, and a comparable, bilingual and specialized corpus is developed to extract the terminology. The latter is then taken into account by using terminology records and the FAIRterm Web Application, and categorized according to the three most represented sub-domains. A reflection is carried out on the preliminary analysis of the text, and finally its translation is commented from a stylistic, syntactic and terminological point of view.

Ce mémoire se consacre à l’analyse traductive et terminologique d’un texte intitulé Il latte, tutti i perché, rédigé par la Centrale del Latte di Milano. Des études précédemment menées sur la langue du domaine agroalimentaire et sur sa traduction sont présentées. Les motivations derrière le choix du sous-domaine sont explorées, ce dernier est étudié au moyen d’un arbre de domaine, et un corpus spécialisé comparable et bilingue est mis au point pour en extraire la terminologie. Cette dernière est ensuite prise en compte à l’aide des fiches terminologiques et catégorisée selon les trois sous-domaines les plus pertinents. Une réflexion est menée en ce qui concerne l’analyse préalable du texte, et enfin sa traduction est commentée d’un point de vue stylistique, syntaxique et terminologique.
