The aim of this thesis is based on the study of the domain of dairy production with the objective of creating a bilingual Spanish-Italian glossary. In particular, this thesis focuses on one of the fields of the project: YourTerm FOOD. YourTerm FOOD is a terminology project whose aim is to create multilingual glossaries on the food industry and gastronomy fields and to promote gastronomy as an essential part of our European heritage and education.
El objetivo de la presente tesis se basa en el estudio del dominio de la producción de productos lácteos con el objetivo de crear un glosario bilingüe español-italiano. En particular, esta tesis se enfoca en uno de los campos del proyecto: YourTerm FOOD. YourTerm FOOD es un proyecto terminológico cuyo objetivo es crear glosarios multilingües sobre la industria alimentaria y los campos de la gastronomía y promover la gastronomía como parte esencial de nuestro patrimonio y educación europeos.
