This can be done with a tailored Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system, such as SAP BPC 11.1, which allows big companies to understand their performance based on financial data coming from management systems. It is a cutting edge platform which offers on cloud solutions that are gaining a lot of popularity. In this work we present the migration and implementation of an EPM system for a big Italian fashion company. In particular, we describe how the project is organized, the main objectives and we provide a detailed description of the work we did. This work was done during an internship at PwC Italy, a leader multinational company in the financial transformation sector.
