Evoluzione dei meccanismi di difesa in un trattamento psicoterapeutico a orientamento dinamico: uno studio single-case

A clinical case of a patient with Dependent Personality Disorder (DDP) was examined in this study. Particular attention on the mutations in his defensive functioning was paid from the beginning throughout the end of the therapy. The study was carried out through the use of tools aimed at investigating the patient's personality (SWAP-200 and MCMI) and the pattern of defenses used initially, during and at the end of therapy, observing the defensive change through the DMRS. The patient was also diagnosed using DSM-5 and PDM-2, in accordance with the psychodynamic therapeutic approach.

È stato preso in esame un caso clinico di un paziente con Disturbo di Personalità Dipendente (DDP) e si è osservato, dall’inizio alla fine della psicoterapia, il cambiamento del suo funzionamento difensivo. Lo studio è stato svolto mediante l’utilizzo di strumenti volti a indagare la personalità del paziente (SWAP-200 e MCMI) e il pattern di difese a cui ricorre all’inizio, durante e al termine della terapia, osservando il cambiamento difensivo tramite la DMRS. Il paziente è stato inoltre diagnosticato attraverso l’uso del DSM-5 e del PDM-2, in accordo con l’approccio terapeutico psicodinamico.
