We create our own training program and it was given to workers with also a questionnaire. The questionnaire had to be compiled in the beginning of the project and in the end of it. The project is made of 24 lessons, twice a week, so it lasts 12 weeks in total. We train at the same time every week and also the zoom link was always the same. My target was to maintain the workers much active as I can so they continued to follow the lessons. I tried to present the physical activity as an ally to find wellness and to stay fit and healthy. After the lessons I also had to consider the objective of the project so I had to study the data of the questionnaire. Objective of the project: find the differences between men and women in the data we had from the questionnaire. I have to study some of the most frequent muscoloskeletal diseases in men and women and also match the results with questionnaires, functional tests and clinical scales. Materials and methods: part of the materials was given (tripod, digital camera, microphones, cables) and the instructions about how to connect all the material to the computer. We have to add an internet connection, a conformed room in which we make the lessons (the room had to be spacious, illuminated) and some equipment (yoga mat, dumbells, a chair). At the beginning of every lessons we took notes about who partecipate that day and we gave to the workers a questionnaire: they had to compile it at the beginning of the project (t0) and in the end of the project (t1). I explain all the exercises with my voice and also I show the exercise before the workers had to do it so they understand exactly what I want and what they have and have not to do. I also explain the idea of the lesson and what the lesson includes and why we train in that way. I also gave some modifications in the exercise for workes who had injures, some physical problems or who doesn’t have the equipment. Results: the data come from the questionnaires and we analyse it to find differences between men and women of the same group and from different groups. I also match the results with the scientific articles I found on scientific websites and I used the statistic analysis to find the results. Conclusions: Physical activity is important for every tipe of population (healthy or not healthy). This project gave me the opportunity to create my own training program and to distribute it to all my groups. I found some difficulties on the way: internet problems, few partecipants some days, cameras switched off that didn’t allow me to see how workers were training. Despite of these problems I am very happy to have this opportunity and I am satisfied of what I get from the workers during the lessons, from the data of the questionnaires and the statistic analysis.
