The uncertainty and the economic consequences caused by the pandemic have affected the financial markets, leaving a long-lasting impact. The investment fund industry has also been affected, influencing investor behaviour and creating new trends in the investment fund market. This thesis aims to analyse these effects of the pandemic, starting with an as-is examination of the industry and eventually producing an analysis on how the structure of funds changed and how funds were rebalanced at the asset allocation level. In addition to that, a particular category of funds, the sustainable funds, is analysed, considering their performance during this period.

Abstract
The uncertainty and the economic consequences caused by the pandemic have affected the financial markets, leaving a long-lasting impact. The investment fund industry has also been affected, influencing investor behaviour and creating new trends in the investment fund market. This thesis aims to analyse these effects of the pandemic, starting with an as-is examination of the industry and eventually producing an analysis on how the structure of funds changed and how funds were rebalanced at the asset allocation level. In addition to that, a particular category of funds, the sustainable funds, is analysed, considering their performance during this period.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
