We evaluated the antiproliferative and cytotoxic activity of five different algal extracts of moroccon origin such as, Gracillaria cervicornis (Red algae), Laminaria ochrolueca (Brown algae), Halopetys incurvus (Red algae), Plocamium cartilagineum (Red algae),and Ellisondia elongata ( Red algae). The cytotoxicity was measured by analyzing the cellular viability through three different assays: Alamar blue, Sulforhodamine-B, and Neutral red assay. The IC50value is also evaluated.
