COME USCIRE DALLA MARGINALITÀ DEL MEZZOGIORNO? LE OPPORTUNITÀ OFFERTE DALLA STRATEGIA SVILUPPO INTRGRATO URBANO-RURALE

There emerges a structural division between two parts of the beautiful country, between the North on one side, and the South on the other; in other words, what is the common perception of the South takes shape, ie a general expression synthesized in the word dualism, which will characterize - as we shall see - one of the most discussed and most studied issues, from the end of the nineteenth century to the present day, the "southern question".

Emerge una divisione strutturale tra due parti del bel Paese, tra Nord da una parte, e il Sud dall’altra; in altre parole, prende forma quello che è la percezione comune del Mezzogiorno, vale a dire una espressione generale sintetizzabile nella parola dualismo, la quale caratterizzerà – come vedremo – una delle questioni più discusse e più studiate, dalla fine del XIX secolo e arriva sino ai giorni nostri ossia la “questione meridionale".
