Background: The Covid-19 pandemic represents an unforeseen event that has affected all the world and has changed its equilibrium. Through this qualitative analysis, inserted in the theoretical construct of Embodiment of Cognition, it has explored: the experience of people investigating how the pandemic with restrictions, the advent of the cow and the increased use of technology have changed both relationships and the way people relate, creating changes that continue to this day. Method: The study took place in April and May 2022, through the administration of Semi-structured interviews vis a vis to twenty individuals living in the Paduan territory. The analysis of data was carried out through the use of the software Atlas.ti 8. Results: The results are in agreement with the previous literature and report a photograph of the psychological and relational consequences of the respondents. The absence of contact and the social detachment have resulted in most psychological problems once they have loosened restrictions. A further consequence of the distancing and social isolation, turned out to be the non-compliance with restrictions (in variable measures) for the need to return to having a social contact. This occurred when subjects assessed the risk of contracting the virus by putting social relationships as a primary aspect of their personal life. A relevant implication of this research is how much vaccination has influenced personal and relational dynamics, since it has constituted the emergence of a new parameter for evaluating and choosing the people with whom to undertake social relationships, which suggests a further field of investigation for the future research.
