Intra-operative tumor segmentation using hyperspectral imaging data

This thesis project concerns the analysis of hyperspectral images using artificial intelligence techniques, both machine learning and deep learning. The aim is to understand whether it is possible to distinguish healthy from diseased tissue in real time and thus support intra-operative tumor monitoring.
