This paper examines the dynamics of massive pro-democratic rallies in the Republic of Belarus after the proclaimed landslide victory of the incumbent president, the "strongman" Aliaksandr Lukashenka, at the presidential elections in August 2020, and their potential impact on the evolvement of the feminist protest movement and freedom of speech.
