Abstract

Semiconductor's product complexity is increasing year over year. In order to be competitive, we need to evolve also our development workflow and toolchain. While several off-the-shelf solution are available for the design phase, verification is currently suffering. The effort spent for managing information and dealing with human to machine activities is becoming significant. While EDA vendors are now starting to provide regression management solutions, in-house development could also represent a solid possibility for investments. This work will present the concept and demo implementation of a REST-enabled full-stack verification management systems designed to fit the current Infineon toolchain.
