The work presented discusses the production of scaffolds belonging to the wollastonite-diopside ceramic system by stereolithograhy of a blend composed by a preceramic polymer, calcium, magnesium and sodium salts and a photosensitive resin. The printed scaffolds were then subjected to a heat treatment. The scaffolds' porosity before and after the heat treatment and their compressive strength have been evaluated. In order to verify the achievement of the designed ceramic phases a spectroscopy was carried out.
Il presente elaborato discute la produzione di scaffold del sistema ceramico wollastonite-diopside mediante stereolitografia di una miscela composta da un polimero preceramico, sali di calcio, magnesio e sodio ed una resina fotosensibile. Gli scaffold stampati sono stati poi sottoposti a trattamento termico. Sono state valutate la porosità degli scaffold sia prima che dopo il trattamento termico e la resistenza a compressione degli stessi. Per verificare l’ottenimento delle fasi ceramiche progettate è stata eseguita una spettroscopia.
