Historical and historiographical analysis of the dynamics of power and justice in the modern era and their connection with the literature of the time. The thesis seeks the possibility that we can speak of mutual influence between different disciplinary fields also in the light of specific legal texts such as some sixteenth-century supplications.

Analisi storico e storiografica delle dinamiche di potere e giustizia in epoca moderna e della loro connessione con la letteratura del tempo. La tesi ricerca la possibilità che si possa parlare di reciproca influenza tra ambiti disciplinari differenti anche alla luce di testi giuridici specifici come alcune suppliche cinquecentesche.
