Plautus' linguistic creativity is well known. However, it is not limited to Latin, but it also involves Greek, to the point tha hybrid formations between the two languages are produced. These, on one hand, are expressions of Plautus' characteristic comic spirit and, on the other, point out what elements of the foreign idiom enstablished themselves in the concrete use of the Latin language in Rome.

Abstract
Plautus' linguistic creativity is well known. However, it is not limited to Latin, but it also involves Greek, to the point tha hybrid formations between the two languages are produced.
